August Enhancement
- You can now add Contacts and Companies to Marketing Lists, Working Lists, Contact Types, and Categories during the creation and edit process. Refer to Adding a New Contact to learn more.
- InterAction+ for Microsoft 365 users can easily edit contact types and categories from the contact overview page with dedicated tabs that dynamically displays the section depending on contact ownership (Firm, Shared, or My Contact). Refer to Working with Categories and Contact Types to learn more.

July Enhancements:
Relationship Insights for People: We’ve prioritized your relationship data by identifying and highlighting the contacts with the most connections, allowing you to quickly identify key relationships and focus your efforts where they matter most.
Relationship Insights for Companies: A relationships tab for who knows whom has been added to companies. Once selected, attorneys and partners will instantly have visibility into who at the firm knows key contacts, how well they know them, and where relationship strengths lie while operating in Outlook.
Unread Alerts Indicator: The new Unread Alerts Indicator notifies you of new activity based on your selected notification preferences. A red numbered icon will appear above the bell icon whenever there are unread alerts, making it easy to stay on top of the updates that matter most to you.

Users can now add a "Goes By" name to contacts in InterAction+ for Microsoft 365 when adding or editing contacts for a more personal outreach. This “goes by” name will now show on the contact overview.

Addition of News and Legal News on Lexis+ (US only)
Customers with Lexis+ News and Legal News subscriptions can now see this news within InterAction+ for Microsoft 365 under the news panel to easily see breaking client news. It will automatically replace Nexis Newsdesk.

July 2024 Enhancement:
- Manual Calendar Sync - In addition to automatic calendar sync settings, users will now be able to manually perform calendar syncs in InterAction+ for Microsoft 365 for engagements they have added to their own calendars. A new manifest file must be installed for this enhancement. Please contact your admin to install. See Manual Calendar Sync for more information.

June 2024 Enhancements:
- Improved email logging: To better capture the date activities occur, the activity date will now be the date of the email instead of today’s date.
- Showing opportunities on person contacts: In InterAction+ for Microsoft 365, InterAction contacts will now display opportunities they are involved in, like they currently do in Client Insights.
- Addition of suffix to contact: In InterAction+ for Microsoft 365, InterAction contacts will now display suffixes to allow users to easily find and organize contacts, providing consistency with Client Insights and the Mobile App. In addition, when adding a new contact from Outlook, users will be able to add the suffix.
- Edit my contact: InterAction+ for Microsoft 365 customers can now edit contact fields such as last name, job title or phone number within Microsoft 365.
- Add notes to my contact: InterAction+ for Microsoft 365 customers will now be able to add my notes and firm notes to their contacts in the notes tab within Microsoft 365.
- Company suggestions on create contact: When users create a new contact in InterAction+ for Microsoft 365 on Add Contact flow, the Company Suggestions feature will automatically suggest companies in InterAction+ that have been created that appear to match the email domain. This allows users to skip the step of typing in the company and choosing from a dropdown when creating contacts. See Adding a New Contact for more information.

May 2024 Enhancement:
- Extended Search Results - Previously limited to top 25 matches, users will now see a complete list of matching results when searching in InterAction+ for Microsoft 365.

- Extended Log-in Session - Previously set to 24 hours, users can now select Keep me signed in upon sign-on, extending their session to 30 days.
