Every relationship is unique. Use InterAction+™ for Microsoft 365® to create relationships between contacts: individual to individual, company to individual, and more. Some relationships, often called Key Relationships, have a greater importance for the case or firm than others. InterAction+ for Microsoft 365® has a feature that helps you identify those key relationships.

Relationships
The Relationships tab shows how connected the individual is to people at this organization.
The pane lists the contacts at our firm who know the contact. Elsewhere in InterAction+ this is Who Knows Whom.
- The top of the list will highlight the Strongest Engagement and how many people the contact is known by.
- The name and title are included for each person included on the list.
Clicking any one individual in the list moves to the activities associated with that person.
Company Relationships
The Relationships tab is also available for companies. Once selected, you have visibility into who at the firm knows key contacts, how well they know them, and where relationship strengths lie while operating in Outlook.
- You will have the option to switch between Contacts and Coworkers.
- A Highlights section at the top will display the Strongest Engagement and Most Relationships.
Relationship Privacy
When you create a contact, you may be able to mark the relationship as private during contact creation. For complete information about private relationships and anonymous inquiries, see Understand and Use Private Relationships in the InterAction+ AI Answer Center.
