Depending upon your version of Outlook® and your role, InterAction for Office 365 may be integrated with the Outlook calendar:

When you are working in Outlook and open a meeting, the IA 365 pane will show the meeting details, including:
- Subject
- Date
- Duration
List of invitees
Each invitee includes name, title, company and company address.
You can search for any contact directly from the Search field at the top of the pane.
You can add an activity associated with the meeting by clicking the Add Activity button. You can add a new activity unassociated with the open meeting or appointment by clicking the
button.
To log the activity with any of the invitees, click on their name in the invitee list and select Log Meeting.
