Recall that in InterAction+ appointments are future-dated meetings entered into Microsoft Outlook as calendar items and synchronized with InterAction+.
You can add an InterAction+ appointment from Outlook. You can add the InterAction+ appointment either from an existing appointment or from a new one.
To add an appointment:
- Open the Outlook Calendar.
Select an already-scheduled appointment.
If you select an already-scheduled appointment that you scheduled (that is, you are the meeting organizer), IA 365 will not be available. IA 365 will only be available when you select an already-scheduled meeting that you were invited to by somebody else.
- In that window, click the IA 365 button to open the IA 365 pane.
- In that pane, click the Add Appointment button. The Subject, Date, Duration, and contacts are pre-populated. The appointment is saved to InterAction+.
