The default view shows contact information for the sender of the currently-selected email.
The From pane shows for any contact:
Each contact displays with an icon indicating whether it is on the Firm List, your User List, a Shared Contact, or a Private contact.

Contact icons with a red border indicate it has a pending update. For example, a Shared Contact with an update will show as .
You can click an email to display individual or company details. The image below shows how the features appear in Outlook.
Social Media profile links will also display here if they have been added in InterAction+ Client Insights.
Contact Types also display as gray chips, if applicable. Blue chips indicate an assigned Category.
The Others pane shows additional recipients of the email [To: and Cc:]. Each contact in the list uses the same icons to indicate whether the person is a Firm contact, a User Contact, a Shared contact, or is Private.
